If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns below:

1. We allow only defective products to be returned for repair or replacement for a period of one year from invoice date. Products displaying use, misuse, or other damage will not be accepted.

2. Contact us to obtain a return authorization. All Products returned must be in their original packaging, or undamaged and in merchantable condition. Return authorizations are valid 14 days from issue. The funds will be returned to whatever payment method (credit card, bank account) that the payer initially used to make the payment.

3. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

4. Custom made products are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except if the product is defective. Volume, standard product returns are subject to ChuangAn Optics’ discretion.
